This notice describes how Panisfero S.r.l. processes the personal data collected through this website, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

We only collect the data you provide by filling in the forms on this site: full name, email address, business name, type of business, product line of interest and any message you write. We do not collect special categories of data and we never ask for payment details.
We use your data to answer your request, send you the technical documentation you asked for, assess a possible supply and get back to you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in managing B2B commercial relationships.
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if the contact leads nowhere, for a maximum of 24 months. If a commercial relationship begins, the retention periods set by tax and civil law apply.
Data is processed by our authorised staff and by the technical service providers that assist us (website hosting and infrastructure, email, contact management tools), appointed as data processors. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
The site runs on Vercel infrastructure with database and file storage in the European Union. Should any provider process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
This site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. Typefaces are hosted on our own domain and generate no requests to external services. So that visitors who send more than one request during the same visit (for example a technical sheet and then the Sample Kit) do not have to retype their details, the data entered in the forms (name, company, email, type of business) is kept temporarily in the browser's session memory: it is not a cookie, it is transmitted only when a form is explicitly submitted, and it is deleted when the tab is closed. Visit statistics are collected in aggregate, anonymous form, without cookies and without identifying visitors.
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to info@panisfero.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Providing the data marked as required in the forms is necessary to follow up on your request: without it we cannot get back to you or send you the technical documentation.
